1. The speed limit for subdivision roads is 15 mph.
Slow down. Our roads are not a raceway. Too many accidents have occurred because of people going too fast and not being considerate of others who are on the road. If you want to drive your vehicles fast, go someplace else where that type of activity can be safely enjoyed. Damage to property or injury to any person is not worth the “fun” you might want to have.
2. Doing “donuts” on the roads or any other activity which damages the roads is not allowed.
You will be charged for the repairs that are required to restore the condition of the road.
3. It is your responsibility to install a culvert at your property access so that water drainage does not damage road surfaces.

Road maintenance the most expensive item on the association budget. We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the roads at a reasonable cost.
