Name: Mark Neumann
Lot #(s) owned:  502
Owner since:  502 since 2018, others on and off since 2011
Skills or current job: Retired

A little bit about yourself:  My wife Jacqueline Jonson and I have lived full time on the mountain in Willow Glenn since 2019 and I currently serve as the Willow Glenn HOA Secretary/Treasurer. I retired from Overlandwest dba Hertz Car Sales as the SalesDivision Field Administrator. In that role I helped oversee four car sales locations. I also served as the Sales Division Compliance Officer, IT Department Liaison; oversaw Website development, Inventory Management, Fleet Vehicle Disposition to sales, Vendor Relations, and general operational issues. For fun I play Bass in the local Band “Fat In The Fire”.

Why are you running:  Community Service.  Although, we live year-round in Willow Glenn, we have a lot in Aspen Hills and have many friends on the mountain. I consider myself a member of the greater mountain community and am an advocate for pragmatic and common-sense HOA management and robust member interaction.

Thanks,
Mark

Name: Steve Holtey
Lot #(s) owned: 722, 723, 724
Owner since: Dec 2018
Skills or current job: Accounting / Administration – Solitude Mountain Ski Resort

A little bit about yourself: My wife Paige and I are originally from the Phoenix, AZ area, however we moved to Utah in 1996 and raised our 3 children in Salt Lake City.  I have worked in accounting for the past 30+ years and with various HOAs for most of that time (both as a board member and as their accountant / treasurer).  Currently I am on the Board of two HOAs located at Solitude Ski Resort.  I am familiar with the challenges and opportunities that an HOA such as ours faces, and have had to deal with issues endemic to a mountain environment for almost a quarter century now.  My wife has worked for the Granite School District since we moved to Salt Lake.

Why are you running:  Although I do not have a long history “on the mountain”, I do feel that I have something to contribute relative to the HOA operations at Aspen Hills.  Having served on HOA Boards that represent owners with different perspectives of what the HOA should (and should not) do, I feel that I can bring a degree of perspective and experience to the administration of the HOA.

Thank You,

Steve

Name: Darron Robbins
Lot #(s) owned: 1280
Owner since: Dec 2018
Skills or current job: I’ve been a self employed small business owner since 2004. I’ve specialized in internet businesses and online marketing my whole career. I’m a real estate agent. I generate all of the leads for a VA Lender my brother works for. His team gets them preapproved and I refer them out to realtors across the country. My brother’s team does over $20M/month in VA Loans from the leads I generate and the agents I’ve connected those buyers with.   With a business partner, I purchased the land and started Nebo Storage in Mona, Ut. It’s an 11 acre gated self storage facility on the frontage road between Santaquin and Mona. We currently have 57 units with plans to build several hundred more in the future.

A little bit about yourself: I’ve always worked well with others. I pride myself in being able to problem solve and tackle hard challenges utilizing the help of other knowledgeable people.  I own lot 1280(just north of Blake Llewellyn’s cabin) and have plans to build a cabin on it this year

Why are you running:  I would love to be on the AHOA board and help out any way I can.
