A little bit about yourself:   My husband and I just recently bought a lot in Aspen Hills.
We have loved the area for many years and the purchase of this property is a
realization of a dream to create a place of rest and relaxation for our family. It is a place
where we want to put down roots, enjoying the beauty of the mountains and nature in
general.   Professionally, I have been in the HOA management industry for over 20 years and
have a solid understanding of the challenges that face association boards and
homeowners. I have been so impressed by the organization of Aspen Hills and how
well operations are managed.

Why are you running:   I am running for the HOA Board because I want to be actively
involved in supporting our community, working with owners and fellow board members
to make positive contributions to Aspen Hills. Although I am in the business of
managing community associations, I don’t believe that every HOA needs to be
professionally managed, and Aspen Hills is a wonderful example of how a voluntary
Board comprised of homeowners can and does work together. If I am elected to the
Board I hope to be able to use my knowledge and experience to help further the mission
and goals of the association and the Board.

A little bit about yourself:   I am retired from Intermountain healthcare after 36 years. I am a mother of 2 and grandmother to 5 grandsons. I enjoy the outdoors and have been a fan of camping since I was a little girl. My hobbies are my yard, my flowers, and my grandchildren. I live in Lehi and was born and raised here. I have been camping at Aspen Hills for 25 years.

Education: masters degree from Utah State University

Why are you running: I want to give my time back to helping Aspen Hills. I am honest, hard-working, full of ideas and want what is best for the majority not the minority. I want to get more owners involved. I have served this year and hope you will let me serve again. I still have a lot to learn and a lot to give.

Name:  Brian Edwards

Skills or current job: Outside Sales, 
A little bit about yourself:  I am a retired firefighter/paramedic. I am also a licensed general contractor and a licensed Realtor.  The property we bought has essentially been abandoned since 1995. We have been renovating it since July 2025.   My hobbies are woodworking & construction, fly fishing, shooting, traveling and spending time with my family, although lately, I have been spending almost all of my free-time renovating our cabin.  My wife and I have 6 kids, 7 grand kids, with #8 due in June and we live in Lehi, Utah.

Why are you running:  I’d like to run for the HOA board because I care about maintaining a well-managed, welcoming community where property owners feel heard and represented. I believe clear communication, transparency in decision-making, and responsible financial stewardship are essential to preserving property values and fostering a positive mountain environment.
I’m also interested in being more involved and contributing to thoughtful improvements
that benefit and protect everyone. By serving on the board, I hope to bring a practical, fairminded perspective and help ensure that our community continues to be a place we’re all proud to call home

Skills or current job:  For the last 13 years I’ve worked for Wasatch Steel the last 8 have been as the Operations Manager.   I have a lot of skills that I’ve learned over the years anything from ranching, concrete cutting, heavy equipment mechanic, welding and fabrication and many others as needed.
A little bit about yourself: I will be retiring the end of June. No I’m still attending the school of hard knocks. Karan and I have 22 grand kids and 4 great grand kids that we want to share the mountain with.

Why are you running:  I’ve been very happy with what the board has done. I know we will be losing some Great people that have put a lot of time into making a Great mountain. I would like too step up and help keep this association and mountain safe and enjoyable.
