About

Aspen Hills

Aspen Hills is a beautiful place of recreational properties in the foothills above and between Fairview and Mt. Pleasant Utah.  Aspen Hills is a gated community for the security and safety of it owners.  Currently there are about 1,200 0.5 – 2 acre lots.  All roads are gravel and maintained by the associations 10 boards members.

Aspen Hills has 3 main events per year.  1st spring cleanup where members get together and help keep the roads clear of over growth.  During this event the owners have a big lunch together and share stories.  This event qualifies for a fire suppression grant.  The 2nd event is held in June and is a meeting of business for all members to elect new board members, vote and discuss topics.  3rd event New Years Fire is held on new years eve into the new year, members get together and light all the tree limbs gathered at the spring cleanup of fire.

Aspen Hills is a strong united community and we look out for each other.  Owners enjoy camping, ATVing, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, warm fires, cabins and sleeping in their travel trailers.  We have 2 streams that run through the subdivision and plenty of wildlife.  Aspen hills has no power or water so it is as rustic as anyone trying to escape from city life can enjoy, nature at it’s finest.

Snow melts around May on the lower elevations and late June in the upper elevations.  The lower areas have beautiful aspens, scrub oak and grass and the high elevation are full of aspen, pines and grass.  There are hundreds of views of the valley.  You can imagine how close 1200 1 acre lots may be so for the safety of the owners, hunting and shooting firearms are not allowed but a short drive to Skyline drive you have 1000’s of acres for hunting, fishing etc.

Aspen Hills Owners Association is a non-profit formed to support property owners in the Aspen Hills the 10 volunteer Board of Directors meet quarterly to discuss the needs of the subdivision.
